Next go to the website and download the 64 bit version of Zoom and reinstall Zoom. If you are running the 32 bit version of Zoom, Exit the program and go to 'Add or Remove Programs' and remove or uninstall Zoom. that means you are running the 64 bit version of zoom. If you see a '(32 bit)' beside the zoom app, that means you are running the 32 bit version of the Zoom App. With the Zoom App opened, next 'right click' on the taskbar at the bottom, and open up the 'Task Manager', then click on 'processes'.

You don't have to start a meeting, but you have to have at least be able to see the opening screen where it prompts you to 'Join or Start' a meeting.

In order to check to see wich version of Zoom is installed on a Windows 10 computer you have to open up the Zoom App.
